This Privacy Policy is an overview of how Bareconnect collects, uses, and processes the Customer personal data when the customer uses
our website https://bareconnect.com (the “Website”), our web application (the “Web App”) (both together: the “Services”). Please read this Policy carefully, as it becomes legally binding when you use our Services.
Bareconnect takes privacy and protection of Customer’s data very seriously and we are committed to handling the personal information of those we engage with, whether customers, suppliers or colleagues responsibly and in a way that meets the legal requirements of the countries in which Bareconnect operates.

- Users. We share with our Users data regarding usage by End Users of their sites. For example, we provide a User with information about what web page the End User visited before coming to their site and how their End Users interacted with their site. This is so Users can analyze the usage of their sites and improve their services.
- Domain registration partners: If required to comply with ICANN, registry, ccTLD or registrar policies, we share your domain registration information with such domain registration partners.
- Business partners: We may share personal information with business partners. For example, we may share your personal information when our Services are integrated with their Third Party Services, but only when you have been informed or would otherwise expect such sharing.

If you're a Bareconnect user, you're responsible for handling the personal information of your End Users. This includes collecting information during checkout and using cookies for analysis. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection and use of End Users' information.

Both you and Bareconnect may have independent control over certain data related to End Users' interactions with your site. You need to have your own privacy and cookie policies and adhere to them. We are not liable for your relationship with End Users or the collection and use of their personal information.

Payment information of your End Users is processed by third-party eCommerce Payment Processors, and we only transmit the information to these processors as required. We do not collect or store End Users' payment information

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect technological advancements, legal requirements, changes in our business operations, or other necessary reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy and publish it on our websites.
